Utilizing the continuous pultrusion production process, Spilka Composites has manufactured world-leading carbon rods over 12,500 meters in length for the deepest wells. Compared to traditional cables, carbon composite materials provide superior strength and reduced weight, making them ideal for accessing wellbores that gravity alone cannot reach.These carbon fiber cables, which can incorporate various cores such as electrical conductors and fiber optics, are crucial for operations like well intervention, monitoring, and lifting.

Additionally, carbon fiber profiles serve as reinforcing elements in umbilicals and flexible pipes for deepwater installations. Composites are also used in intake trash racks for hydropower and nuclear energy plants, showcasing their versatility across diverse industries.
